Friends of Russell Museum

Russell Museum is a wholly self funded organisation established in 1956 under the governance of the Russell Centennial Trust Board. Its income is derived from admissions, shop sales, & public donations. Your membership supports the museums operations.

Museum Practice
NZ Certificate Level 4

If you are seeking a career in a Museum or Art Gallery the Russell Museum can help you along your way. The Manager is certified with ServiceIQ as a Trainer & Assessor for Museum Practice L4, which in cooperation with the Russell Museum,Te Papa and ServiceIQ is free to enroll.
